I wanted us to last forever ,and never grow apart

I wanted us to never fully end ,only occasionally restart

I wanted you to always stay loyal and true

Just like I did everyday for you

I gave you all I had

Even though all you ever did was make me sad

I promised love ,forever till the end

But after what you did ,my heart needed to mend

I wanted you not to lie
