love gone by.

kevin browne

the return of an ageing burning flame of desire
filled the emptiness that stood in someone's way
shipwrecked on an ocean found alone, I'm touched
that it never was a kiss which made my heart explode
something deep, yet undiscovered, I need some more
watching, waiting, the excitement carries some weight
love galore that is held tight and it can be all yours
the time spent on each others lap, it scored nicely
sweet as my ears are kissed by the sound of your voice
so blossom up and stretch your arms around me
living it as it should be when those hearts do crave
togetherness is a wonder that welds us into one
a love that bites deep and scars is a must to keep
