you were the one who broke my heart but your the only one who can make me smile when I'm down. Somehow I go on in the present days missing the old days and ways I found out what love was. Naive thoughts of whether I was pretty enough used to fill my head. Sometimes I used to think you were too good for me. I just wanted you to love me but you broke me so I wouldn't respond to real love. At one point I was scared that you'd leave but you broke my heart so bad that I begged you to leave.
