Your Voice

SheWasTheSun

So you have no food

You’re so hungry it hurts

You have no clothes

Insecurity lurks

You have no courage

You’re a lamb, not a lion

You have no comfort

Your only hope is dying

You have nothing at all

No wit, no strength

No place to call home

Nothing to call faith

You have one thing for certain

That will never be taken

It can’t be broken

Only a bit shaken

This one special tool

Its presence is no choice

When all else fails

You will always have your voice

Love this. Our voices can be powerful, it can shape and change the lives of people around us, and the world itself. Thank you for sharing.
