I am a strong silent one

Alda

I am a strong silent one

Waiting waiting waiting

Never letting go

Never giving in

Never knowing why

Hurt and longing

An open  flower  going forth

seeking the morning sun

Soft and warm and peaceful

So bright it blinds

So harsh it burns

The connection it comes with mothering

I can control and am needed now

What a feeling of content

But what a frozen fear in living

A child who cannot grow

Not fast enough

So life becomes a song

The Blues are like a golden cloud

Embracing  thoughts and trusting me

They speak in secret to me

I am breathing deep yet breathless

Nothing else matters

I am one

I am love

Music is love

Clapton is God

Beatles 4 ever

Facing forward unafraid

Music vibrates my soul

Ok, I give... Is this a parent talking about a connection with a child or a young child separating and longing to grow on his/her own?

P.S. The musical tributes, especially the Beatles.
