How He Came To Be

brittjane4

His figure slim and lean

He is noticed from afar

His facial features always clean

He surpasses handsome t'was a bar

His cunning words called to her

The deceit disguised by his beauty

She was blinded and couldn't foresee

His intentions that would cause her tragedy

Those unspoken words left in the air

they became intertwined and confused

at the tip of her tongue;hands in her hair

love and lust was now infused

A cold heart without function

Those intentions he would persist

her mind was full of question

But he vanished and ceased to exist

The evil hidden behind the angel

His false love nothing more than a flue

she was left there to dangle

her unspoken love for him was true

She had no words for the pain

finally words of truth whispered to her

A broken heart was all she had to gain

why did he come...why to her
