When we are honest about our dishonesty, what are we?
When we are attentive to our non attentiveness, what are we?
Authenticity is nice but not enough;
Awareness is a good, but we still need more quality stuff.
Yes integrity and coherence are so essential.
Balanced heart and mind helps implement potential.
BodyMind attuned harmonically, will enable spirit’s connectivity,
And raise compassion and sensitivity.

I have to sneak up on myself to answer those type questions. There is a part of me that ducks and runs for cover. The harmonics constantly need tuning. Thanks for thought provoking writing.
