I love the way you listen,
Touching minds the way we do.
Lowering inhibition,
Encouraging–try this on
For a minute or two.
When we cry and let it out,
We find what caring's all about.
Your fertile mind, a place to explore,
I trust mine own is not a bore.
Good laughs do void the blue.
I'll always have one for you.
Cannot thee now to depend
There upon your next of kin,
But I will always be your friend.

Thanks for the comment Willy.
Wow touching minds, what a new poetic idea, this poem is sowing much thought , weaving muse and friendship so nicely. ESP liked the 'inhibition line and ' fertile mind' line best, which enhances the interesting elements of the poem. Kudos,.
Pls do check out my poem too. I'm a new poet here but have been writing poetry and acknowledged for it elsewhere until I found this site and wish to make new poem pals.
Will do, SZK and thanks for the kind remarks.
