Damaged

BlueiBlondie

She looks around,

not sure of where she is.

Feeling frozen,

watching others live.

Is the world moving without me?

Am i really here?

I feel so alone,

does anybody care?

She tries to hide,

the life she's lived.

Running from her past,

she can't forgive.

She wants to be heard,

But is unsure of what to say.

She opens her mouth,

But nothing comes out.

Her child within,

screams and cries.

Banging on the door,

she's trapped inside.

She lifts her arms,

bound by shackles and chains.

She's forever a prisoner,

of their sick games.
