Love verses the Mind

magno1988

This love has destroyed my mind,
I have felt immense depression in wanting to be me,
I have forgotten the feeling of dedication to my own personal ambitions,
The reality is, my ambition is to be with you,
You, no one else,
In one room to be immersed in what it is to be you,
To relax inside your mind, to touch you in ways that you will never forget,
To feel like each day is nothing like the last,
To feel like you’ve had everything and within that same instance lose yourself,
To risk having love and to risk losing it,
My life is to love you, to be insane in the way I love you,
To love you so much I can’t sleep at night to drive myself insane! My love is my insanity.

This is a beautifully written love poem. You've described I think how we all would like to fall in love. Brilliant!

I wrote a very similar poem a while back. I'll post tomorrow. Same raw emotions you expressed. I'll have to alter the title though as I called it Mind verses Heart!! Like minded! Hope you'll read it. I'll name it The Battle. X

Will definitely read it, you can call it whatever you want. I never had a name for this poem so I don't mind.
