The World Will Now Blossom.

kevin browne

I fell in love with you when I opened up idea
we forget what it looks like, does that make it clear
but the world won't hurt me, everything will be okay
except for those perfect moments when I slept all day
found a home in some dark alleys, lived life happily
smoked a joint, played some chess winning comfortably
it punched a hole in me when we played this stupid game
it won't take over as it tries to control my name
I close my eyes so open up if you don't want to see
the fashion we all live in and the things we want to be
in a bargain bin hill to a down in the dump avenue
close the sceptic thought by doing something new
each lesson we spoke and an authority from God
clarity set, I felt, when he gave in and gave me the nod
angels in our heavens open with the staircase yet to climb
on this Earth we live, we complain, but still, every thing's fine
sparkle with delight because the stars shine outward bound
lost in space somewhere but come see what I found
thoughts of you in full beauty, the world will now blossom
the highest in life is when we fall farther from the bottom
gaining the strength in us when the survival is ecstasy
pleading with honesty I found the best in memories.

What comes to my mind is life was most enjoyable when we were struggling. Thanks for sharing.
