hopes & dreams

willyweed

of all the things we have and hold

to make this life serene

i think the most important thing

may be our hopes & dreams

 

the hope that all the children

will find a better way

the dream that maybe mankind

might live in peace one day

 

and if i were a poet

i would write it in a poem

and hope the world would read it

so i didn't dream alone
