Man In The Mirror.

kevin browne

the thoughts for conclusions you gather
bends to evade which uproars in sorrow
adaptation spins the wheels forever
different is not the same as any other
identity fades away with another soul to run
left inside unsure what your thinking of
new to determine as a matter of fact
leaving the imagination to create and follow
the meaning of 'I' your beliefs in saying "I'm right"
adjustment for better things to happen
turn around and see the real man in the mirror
reflection apparent so indulges in what's real
dependency can carry on so ignore the existence
others watch and listen with their thought on second hand
disarray created beautiful mindless confusion
frustration came up with the idea of compliance
instinct takes control, disregard all those egos that sport
to teach underneath without saying a word its magic
this identity of 'I' causes fear and not worthy of knowing
let us search then for being real found in you which is 'I'
whatever perceives to be 'right' say your piece
things don't appear the same as they did before
change into positive and work that out
words will help you find your answers then share it
that people important are no different to others
think but think on higher ground you will search it
success flows followed up behind in all its worth
leaving a solution to let worry work it out for itself
the distinction is you and your identity to keep.
