When you reach a certain age everything you said you'd never do suddenly becomes appealing.

The vodka burning your throat, the taste of cigarettes on your tongue, even the scars on your thighs.

In some cases you become everything your parents tried so hard to protect you from, but things are different now.

After your first heartbreak you'll stop eating and start drinking on the weekends and eventually you'll stop sleeping
