Sun Clouds Rain

poetboy123

The sun falls behind the clouds

Rain pouring down the window sill

Fury fuels fierce and strong

Efficient and eternal

Slowly eating away at the parts left

Pushing away all aspiration

Detestation a cause to unite

A fire started among the meadow

Burns furiously on through the trees

Ash and smoke left to reprimand

In comparison and shame

Love is weak against its maim

So easy to forget and leave behind

Only truly usable to a true mind

Rain pouring down the window sill

Where lies my dreams and hope

My forgotten passion amongst the gray

For gray is what I see most
