First new day...

First new day

I want to tell a secret
I want to say out loud
I left my town in Georgia
Fled here way down south
Left that place of no hope
And found a place of joy
A place where I am happy
And had my baby boy
Freed my cluttered mind
Freed my cluttered soul
I know just where I am now
It feels I've now come home.
