Do you keep your mind so closed
That no other alternatives can exist
To this picture that you propose

Why do you follow oh so blindly
This muddied path this empty road
The signs so vague that point the way
The route hidden the terminus unknown

Can you tell me what scares you
Into keeping your mind so closed
Preventing you from questioning
This perfect picture you propose

    Funny. I have experienced, recently, a similar situation regarding someone with a closed mind. In their mind, they think they are right and do not see the forest for the trees. And, it could be they are just intimidated. I believe the latter in my situation as I could tell by body language as well I was not going to get through to this person. Great poem about personality.
