a poem i wrote to my married friend

noobically_sane

Shall your vow signify a new start, as one,

Filled with eternal love,

Just as your happiness flows into your spirits,

So will memories echo upon the winds

That guide you towards your dreams with pride.

Till the sea wanes in time,

And the remnants rend and scar the lands,

But the serenity of nature remains,

While the sands of life continue on,

As will your entire lust for love.

As for me, here writing to you,

I wish you to build and share your fortune together.

And may the circle of true passion and joy

Carried by the rings your wear

Reign your lives, forever.
