There once was a girl of seven years,
who had a strange habit of twisting her ears.
Her old man chuckled. "Didn't you know?
That you'll stretch your ears and look like Dumbo?"
The little girl gasped, suddenly conscious.
She went to school the day after and spread the nonsense.
Suddenly teased and prodded for years,
over her old man's joke, and misunderstood ears.

OK 'big ears' I really enjoyed this. It's the third piece of yours i have read today. You obviously are a talent to watch and enjoy.
I'm not sure whether to feel like I've been tremendously complimented or like I've acquired another teasing audience...XD (Thank you!)
I always tease where i think i can get away with it but please take my comments in a sincerely complimentary way.
