Creativity Never Sleeps!

Creativity Never Sleeps

As I scale down the list of contributing poets,

I note early morning hours.

I certainly empathize.

The words, summon you.

Just, as we stare into the candle’s fire, we cannot look away.

Slumber must wait.

Regardless of what the clock portrays, the words seek recognition, and ultimate victory.

We, are, their vessels—friends.

And, what a glorious, responsibility!

Great write, I wake up in the middle of the night some times, because my mind is working overtime, and the only way to shut it down is to sit up in bed, grab my notebook off the table and write a poem

A tribute to creativity in words for all to hear, for many to identify with, and for many to aspire to its simple beauty.
