God Will Do The Rest.

as we strolled through these rainbows in the reflection we knew
a river of gold with plenty of room for our dreams to come true
a world left unopened since when these thoughts passed us by
imagination caught spider webs when I learnt how to live and die
glass footing is slippery but the glass shoe fitted your foot
when somewhere in Heaven we smiled to see what it took
remembering the tasks we saw, when and what everybody had to
blinds us from most of all the important things we should do.
so dig deeper they said, " it's where you find the greatest pleasures"
when upon the seeking we fell, where there stood amongst our treasures
life from a seed had sprung leaving out the humans in unknown
and in this spirit which showed that from the nest we had flown
for we have our offerings in which detailed attractions fleet us
stripped bare to the inner trappings of our minds we mistrust
interpretation failed to explain the difference in wealthy meanings
when a thought of idea blossomed, yet indeed, nobody every listens
a direction we saw together led us to the temptations of the never never
ripping apart the human instinct when we threw it all down the river
saddened by the beauty that is left undiscovered from another world
then some God took over and being played by the abstract of being fooled
dreams we took for granted and fell to the ground when we turned away
that doesn't leave behind the memories of being built on another day
'kind' has a greeting in welcome to a life that supersedes any living
prosperous futures hold our hearts together when we discover giving
breath in a whole life with one lung full of air, God will do the rest
and in showing my heart beats in people who I love the best.
