Black-Man

Lionheart

I always heard people say it's hard being a black man in America, walking in the store white people holding there purse close to them when you walk past like they scared of ya, remembering being the only black kid in an all white school, kids walking up to me after they just got through watching boyz in the hood like they cool, when it was back then I didn't really care and thought it was just fine, but now I'm older realizing I'm being judged by my own kind, switched up the game now it's time to start talking facts, but how does it feel to know that the KKK is also filled with blacks, y'all know we got some that like to hate on us too, especially me cause I'm black and rock tattoos, go ahead and judge and you can even hate, cause I'm still gonna get mine out the mud like my name Kevin Gates, cause looking at me you figure oh he a drug dealer and probably stay at home with his mama, until you figure out I work a 9-5 and make executive decisions like my name is Obama, so I'm gonna continue to work a honest job, drive nice cars and work as hard as I can, cause at the end of the day, I love being a hard working black man.
