YOU WIN WHEN YOU SHUT UP

Kindpoet

A FIGHT IS NOT BY ARGUING

A FIGHT IS WON WHERE THERE'S GOD'S PEACE

SOME PEOPLE JUST REFUSE

TO UNDERSTAND ME

YOU WIN YOU SHUT UP

GUYS

SPEAKING ONLY MAKES

THINGS WORSE

IN THE END YOU'RE THE

ONLY ONE WHO'S GONNA

GET HURT

TALKING DOESN'T MAKE

THINGS RIGHT

YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL

WITH THE CONSEQUENCES

OF WHAT YOU SAID

EVEN THOUGH YOU

SLEEP PEACEFULLY

AT NIGHT

WHY YOU SO CONCERNED

THERE'S ONLY ONE PERSON

THAT'S BIGGER THAN

YOU AND ME ALONE

YOU KNOW&I BOTH KNOW

WHO HE IS

IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW WE FEEL

JESUS IS HIS NAME&

AND HIS OLD/NEW TESTEMENTS

IS THE ONLY WORTH WORDS

YOU GONE MOST FIND ME SAYING

SO WHEN I SHUT UP IT

HELPS TO SAVE YOU&ME

MY PURPOSE HERE IS ONLY

TO OFFER PEACE FROM

THE GOD AT CALVARY

It takes at least two to argue. If one "shut up" peace wins. Great poem, with great advice!
