Love Shows No Ego

Michelle Syd

Sometimes I wonder how can someone sit back and watch as they ruin somebody else,

Hurt someone so terribly and not feel any guilt,

They look you in the eyes and tell you strait lies,

Is it all about pride,

Love shows no pride or ego,

It is a breath of fresh air when you feel you've been drowning for decades,

It is when you appreciate every smile and laugh,

It is when loving someone else is your world it's not about you anymore,

 Ego shows no love,

Unless your prideful of your heart and world.
