Together, we march for our freedom.
We march for our grandparents, mothers, and children who are yet to be born.
We march along impossible streets;
If they try to stop us, we will not.
We will unleash a closet full of demons,
screaming at the ignorant,
taunting them to join us.
We are the people.
We are the demons who taunt you.
You are no better than us.
And when you turn a blind eye to the chaotic crowd of tormented brothers and sisters,
Our closets will unleash the coat hangers to prove to you our worth,
like we needed to be reminded, anyway.
Together, we march,
Along this godforsaken road we will march until our bones chafe and we begin to collapse.
One by one, we collapse.
But we will never stop marching.

- Comment from author about the poem: Inspired by the Women\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s March. Something to show the darker side of the whole ordeal since im emo as fuck and also not American.
