Damage Covered With A Bandage

Felicityjones

She wears her pain up her sleeve where nobody can see.

Living life all alone, she's scared people will leave.

Trying to keep her damage covered with a bandage.

She can't stand it, nobody understands it.

Every day of her life is another battle, another fight.

She tries so hard to stay far away from the knife.

Her scars tell the story, it's nothing close to glory.

The story is rather quite vicious, dark, and painfully gory.

All the hurt she's has, she gets nothing but shame.

With all her trauma, she left herself to blame.

Why in gods name was she put in this game?

Nothing was ever okay, it's all just the same.
