Unveiled

AshleyBerkelmans

Weightless
Yet terrified
I fear I've lost the will to fight
The more I delve into the dark
The more I want to run from harm

But truths unveiled through your persistence
Open your mind
Adjust you're perception

Reality veers in unmeasurable ways
To weigh down the hoards of the people asleep

Blood stains the streets
But all you see is water
Concerned by the oil price and how to get richer

You waltz around freely
While necks in a noose

But I'm the one whose crazy

We had it right every time we were laughed at
Though fear of being outspoken has lead us to talk less

I know where my vote of confidence will go
It's in everyone of you
Not some 'government for the people'

The politicians of the world are mad. Controlled and manipulated themselves, we vote for change but it's just a different face. All we can hope for is a widespread understanding and awakening.
