Not Hard Nor Fast

Kurt Philip Behm

Breaking through the dialectic,

   good and evil behind

Beyond to where the sky breaks clean,

and time does not apply

Escaping from the either/or,

my mind now free at last

Lost in the perpetual moment,

—rules not hard nor fast

(Villanova Pennsylvania: February, 2017)

      Heaven For An Ear

Life’s journey through the darkest night,

my final verse is clear

Temptation writes now for itself,

—all heaven for an ear

(Villanova Pennsylvania: February, 2017)

I'm always thrilled by your comments. Thinking we live in 'the darkest of times' is a
feeling I think all generations have shared.

    We are challenged, though!

    Thanks

    Mind over matter
    In heaven but idle chatter.
You throw some heavy duty stuff out there.

Thanks A. Hadn't heard from you in awhile, and I was starting to worry a little. Hope your weekend is great.

Was in hospital for a few days, then extremely depressed. Thanks for noticing and the concern.

          You're in my Rosary—every day!
