I am near you

and it all moves so fast 

the seasons change as I blink

but you remain the same 

I thank god for us every day

we aren't there yet

the colours of the world

seep into my heart 

a little bit brighter 

a little bit more stark

i feel a content joy 

one which I've never quite felt before

I know that it's you

It is you that I know that I want

So, I think it was worth it.
