Monster

Seon

In this forest dark and deep, you now enter eternal sleep. Shall you wish to see the light, accept this pain, do not resist, and do not fight.

I admire the peace within your soul, though long ago my own became null. Even though this is your last breath, you smile calmly in the face of death.

Your eyes do not shift, nor your legs begin to quiver, perhaps you have hope albeit a small sliver. No that cannot be, for even in hope, you would fight and flee for with this fear you cannot cope.

What is it that fills your mind, a monster at your throat yet acting so kind. You drive me mad for I do not understand, do not treat me as if I am your friend!

This feeling is new, do I follow or fight, perhaps it will leave once you're out of my sight? No, it will stay, I feel so very calm, I wish to release you, for with you i have no qualm.

I love you, I do not understand, you do not shun me like all others in this land. You are beside me, it makes me ecstatic, my heart is at peace, this feels so romantic.

Wait, im awake, my heart is still cold, all still fear me sharing naught but a scold. I am still in my forest, so dark and deep, who today shall enter their sleep.
