As time passes, it seems my plans for self advancements get distracted like it's random and up to chance and has nothing to do with actions. I'm standing at these cross roads and not a car is passin so I look ta God and ask em, " what happened ta all the traffic?" I'm standing here alone! You promised me a ride if I ever got lost from home! Well I'm lost now and I've been tossed down each and every street! Now I'm tossin in the towel and bowin out I need some peace! These feet are weak and feel defeat, I can't continue walkin. I'm lost plus I'm exhausted and this lack of sleep is causin all my thoughts ta become targets. This mind of mine by your design is always fightin through cuz I confide in you, won't hide from you, just tell me what ta do! Please break the chains that bind me. Help me through this time, I need you right here beside me. I'm just a man created blind and who's spine needs some aligning, it's true. So what am I ta do if I am not to trust in you? Just help me find the issues instead of these soakin tissues, it's officially official I'm completely out my mental, guess I didn't get the memo or for reasons can't remember, either way I'm broke and injured and I need you to continue. Help me not resist you. Help me see the picture just a little and not be stuck here in the middle. I trust your always with me just please never forget me cuz I can no longer feel empty and I need you to come get me. I promise I'm not quitting. Be my strength.. Amen.

- Comment from author about the poem: These are my raw emotions directly connected to my life and are very personal. I write in form of lyrics to music in my head. This seems to be my only release and avenue to express it. Hope you enjoy.
