This Is A National Broadcast

AshleyBerkelmans

I've tried so many times
Am I becoming mindless

Peeling back my eyelids
To reassess the violence

They said that we've a fighting chance
With fists raised
I'm no broken man

If we all stand up together

There's no vibration
That can-sustain-manipulation

Drink the holy water
That sweet crimson dubbed by man

If all my sins could wash away in verse
I'd be as bad

As those who say they're pure as hell
With hands as clean as ash
Each of you goons lacks empathy
The only quality we have

No need to sing from rooftops
You've got to be persistent
When they lay awake at night
You know they hear you whisper

When you've figured all this out
And want a place to run too

I will be your guide from this shit
Hell
I'll just unplug you
