Pain

TheWritingInstrument

The way you stare into my soul

And those salty lies you told

Keeps me from looking back

Having those heart attacks

You laugh at my failure

And saying there is no cure

As I try so hard to keep it in

But my skin is pricked with needles and pins

I look at the stars

Wondering if they're sky scars

Listening to the waves

Imagining them cave

If nothing is strong and there's no gain

Then this world is full of weakness and pain.
