The truth behind my smile

Behind my smile is a girl that's screaming for help, 

a girl that cries for her life back, 

a girl that tries to have faith and hope, 

the smile is lying to you, telling you I'm ok, 

but I'm really not okay, 

I want to feel wanted and needed, 

i give fake smiles all the time and it's really hard to put a  smile on my face, 

I cry for help behind my smiles, 

my smiles aren't always real. Just look deep in my eyes
