Falling

Clark

The fire in my belly begins to roar waking me from a stone cold rut. Feeling the way I feel with you is like falling and never reaching the ground. I may be falling and on my way to nowhere but at least I can move. Cherry blossom trees are finally colorful and the wind screams and makes my heart tremble. Being with you is like running in circles over and over again and finally taking one step straight. When I talk with you, I feel my anxieties strip away like the way gravity allows wallpaper to fall after years gone by. What I feel is wrong yet good; strange yet perfect. Falling in love with you is exactly what it sounds like. Falling.
