The sadness of the superficiality

gopala

Fake laugh, fake smile, trying to patch the sadness that grows within.
Grows as the world turns darker,
more hunger, more torture, more destruction,
All for the pointless cause of making money, taking control of human rights, killing off our ancient culture.
Oh how they smile, Oh how they laugh, happy and content with their iphones and whatsapp.
Trying to create what they have lost in the superficial.
Poor suffering souls, they have forgotten Krsna, forgotten their cosmic community, forgotten who cares for them, pachamama, alpamama.
But never fear for the just and worthy Krsna wont resist too much longer...

    I enjoyed reading your poem.
It felt like you write exactly what most of us think.
The question is how can we fight this modernization, with all this technology killding the human from us?!

Really in these days and times it is up to the individual to look into our ancient culture which we have been made to forget across the generations by war and torture. They say that it only takes a generation to change social norms and as each generation passes we can see that they are thrown deeper into the empty throw away gringo culture. A culture that divides the family and the people; that does not respect the divine sexuality that we have within. Sleep around culture, gay, bi and all other types of confused by sexual trauma. If each person can do there part to educate the people blinded by the lies and propaganda on TV (John Pilger documentaries can be found on freedocumentaries.org), to cultivate your food with non genetically modified seed (any seed that is certified, as a rule of thumb, genetically modified), to look into the ancient cultures of the world and to practice the cosmic law. Number one: Love God above all else and love your neighbour as yourself.
Pues, there are a few things to begin within,,, but above all else serach for the truth and you will find... JAI OM NAMAH SHIVAYA....
