restless

Clark

giving myself to moments of stone cold settling

taping my inner self off for you

feeling your fingers graze down my body

and my insides scream while my outsides moan

handcuff my hands behind my back so

i'll never push away

hearing your words of disgust

turn the downstairs lights on and

the upstairs off

because putting soft pillows on faces

still suffocate my breath
