head in the clouds dreaming up my own reality,
ten toes to the ground and yet somehow
i continue to defy gravity.
i project love because i know the universe
will bring it back to me
this isn't meant to be me,
explaining my spirituality,
it's just the way that life develops naturally.
well actually, i wrote this piece of poetry to grant
myself my absolution,
self forgiveness is essential
for internal conflict resolution,
just because you're conflicted and may lack purpose,
be of service to yourself,
i assure you that you are not worthless,
others merely scratch the surface.
be satisfied knowing that you did all you can do.
so what if nobody understands you
all that matters is that you learn to light your own candle.
we all have a light inside
and if it's too dark to find your lighter
i'll kindly offer you mine
because divine beings are born to shine.
