Soul-Owe

iRonnie

Alone, not lonely;
Alive, of only
Knowing need —
Minding me.

When if I want,
"Do I deserve?"
Then on a hunt,
"What of unnerve?"

Shambling gambles;
Shining examples
Of where to go,
When to slow.

  • Comment from author about the poem: I'm not looking for advice. This poem was written with specific intentional purpose. It's ambiguous and looks flowing but sounds wrecked, in order to fit the emotion of the poem. It's about "potentially unrequited love in a professional environment."
