The Night is deep
the night is long,
the night comforts
the wind like song.
The night; the stars
caress the heart,
if I could sleep
some day I'll start.
Summer angst
these hot long nights,
the daylight sun
its humid bright.
The night it speaks
its dark embrace,
to close my eyes
oh night I'm safe.

Night Embrace reflects on my love of night, and insomnia. Its the same problem I've had for many years, and yet I love the night enough so its not a problem.
