Frustration and Anxiety

Sometimes it seems like no one really cares

And all I'm left with is frustration and anxiety

Time's running out and with courage so rare

I wonder if people even want to be free

 

Ignoring the cruelties piling at our doors

Despite the causalities, cheering on wars

Our truth is now the lies we are taught

Evil fostering and somehow we haven't even fought

 

For those of you who listen, feed into the fire

Raise the mark, become symbols to aspire

 

Tear off your chains like wild animals

Fight ferociously for the rights we deserve

Even if in this world there are no angels

Us humans must have the nerve

 

Let the flames burn on until the end

These wrongs we must amend

Bring this world to ashes and its knees

This death is life, it will make you free

Armed with the truth go and yell

Tell the ignorant about this hell


This will all be impossible, it'll never be true

Unless People stand up, People like you
