Lips, Love & Linger

K. Sal

With his voice that makes me shiver

My lips can’t help but quickly quiver

He’s bad, so bad, but oh, so good

His kisses be soft, more than they should

He goes along my back, along my spine

The kisses starting to feel sublime

The mask, his mask, oh, how it covered

His face from me; so undiscovered

Sores, scars, blood, but do I care

Not seeing his face I just can’t bare

I rip it away, with gentle fingers

That rest on his face, and greatly linger

The beauty that is his damaged skin

Now it’s my turn to wear a grin

He’s caught off-guard, so now’s my chance!

I leap on him to try enhance

The marvellous moment we share right now

Upon the rooftops; it’s magic somehow

His warm radiance charms me so

Whether that be high or low

He loves it, his hand around my waist

We lean in close to get more taste

Of the love we share between us so

Makes me never want to go

Mercenary? Eh, not that I mind

He’ll protect me; we’re intertwined

Do I dare go further into this?

I want more of this heavenly bliss!

Should be a crime, but yet, is not

Our love is hot, and who’d have thought

That we’d be here, caressing together

Ready to love each other forever
