Laughter, talking, all around
I can not, will not
Hear a sound
Relentless talking hurts
My ears, your voices
Poisonous
I fight back tears
In the toilets I pause to think
Of all that's lost, and all that is
And every day my former self
Screams at me
Who are you now?
The work phone rings
And I flinch not
I loved life once, but have since forgot

Haha! Oh no, I am well and truly stuck - although I do get a fair amount of personal writing done, haha!
good for you we all need work benefits!
Neat way to express yourself. I should do that after a bad day at college =)
Definitely, it usually does the trick you know! xx

Sorry that you can relate! Hope you are well xx
Oh, I feel your pain - I've had many work days like the one you describe! Nice write.
