Just at four
You let me go
Fending for myself I never knew what to expect
Fighting for my life Fighting for myself
A road of regrets and loneliness
Has bought you back to me
A little too late to forgive you
You want my forgiveness But you were never there for me
Watch me cry, see my pain Unfit to be a mother, you have no shame
Bring me tears, bring me pain I hate to love you, but I have no choice
You gave me life, you took my freedom
You show me hate but I learn to love
Built a wall around myself
A prison of protection
My life in the hands of strangers
Forced to live a life With so many regrets
Here I am, standing tall
Here I am, staying strong
Here I am, fighting to be free
Here I am, Pursuing my dreams
