Leaving means the end

lovelydarkanddeep

if I knew you wanted to leave, would I let you go?

if I knew you didn't want me, would I let myself forget?

did i say or do something?

please tell me to whom else where you looking?

at one point you did love me,

so know I would like to know when it ended

i thought that you would be my forever

but I guess you wanted something different.

please tell me why you left

when you started acting different, you would tell me not to worry

was that only to reassure me?

or was that a warning?

when you said you were busy did you just not want to be near me?

every time you left, you would stay out later.

until one day, you decided not to come back

I'm sorry I couldn't be what you needed

believe me I tried my hardest

I put your happiness before my own

and in the end, I ended our endlessness

Good thing this is from a long time ago. I'm just publishing my older ones so I can start new ones. My most recent (besides this) was recent. I wrote it that day
