We're on this path and although things look bright

Calm before the stormy water which we must sail

Will hinder us from our hopes and our dreams

On our hunt for the truth, pain is unavoidable

Brace for raw scars and push through the lies

Hold on to your values, make victory undeniable

Be ready to fall, but be ready to rise

 

There is no telling of who we may lose

For there will be choices, and they must choose

Let your heart be your guide, make this world anew

Make yourself ready, make them ready to rue

 

However remember, for if our plans may shatter

If the waters rise above our heads, we yell and none answer

As we fall from the peak, in your heart keep our tale

Tell them we were ready for sorrow, we were ready to fail
