Why is it that when I ask a random person something they seem to look at me instead of just replying
Why is it that my accent or my skin tone doesn't deserve a reply
Why is it that society chooses to discriminate my kind
Why should I be belittled because of where I came from

- Comment from author about the poem: There isn\\\'t any magical words I can use to describe the emotions that are felt within the poem I have written. There are so many people who feel shattered because they aren\\\'t in \\\"power\\\" and are stepped on because of their color & not meeting society\\\'s standards... & there is so much more to discuss than just that but just to sum it up a bit.
