I see white
You see black
I recoil
You step back
Who sees a black man
Longing to play his part
Who sees a white man
With a big kind heart
Who sees the beauty of being different
Different with one goal
One soul yearning to be known as love
To go beyond skin
To ignite the splendor hidden
Within
How long will we hide behind the shades of our skin
How long will we live in the shackles of who's wrong or right
When will we step into the magic of our own light
When will we take our rightful place at the center of our being
One timeless perpetual being dancing at the speed of life
One life without strife
Love is what we'll always be
One life forever you and me

Beautiful message, love the flow too
Wow, I love the message it gives out. Or at least how I interpret the poem but still overall a good poem.
