Here's a warning in case you care

Let me down and I won't be there

I'm a little sensitive can't you see

To the things you could do to me

I will run away if gets to much

Disappear into the rabbit hutch

Gone for good, can't take the heat

Leaving it all incomplete

I can't take the pain you know

You're in charge of how things go

If I find me slipping away

I will go it alone, come what may

I have been hurt too many times before

They say all is fair, in love and war

I can't say really at all if that's true

All I know is I have fallen for you

So catch me please don't let me get hurt

I don't want it to end, that way again

If things change, behind my wall I revert

Revert to my hearts defensive stance

Instead I'm taking this last chance

Since it's you I will try again

Listening to my heart deep within

A warning is all I can provide

This warning to you I confide

Come out my heart

you don't have to hide
