picking up the pieces

mocuisle

look into her eyes

tell me her world isn't falling apart

you're supposed to make her smile

you must surrender your heart

i love her

but she's with you

your supposed to be like fresh air

but you ignore her days and nights through

tears falling down her face

you stand there watching her fall

i catch her, i take your place

you didn't try to save her, not at all

she goes off all alone

its dark, she walks her own pace

i run out, i follow her home

who else will keep her safe

i have watched you's talk, you sit there and lie

your hurting her and wasting your time

she says 'i love you' , you reply with a *sigh*

i don't know about you, but id say that's a sign

it'll break her that i know

so move on and let her be

ill get her smiling, ill make her glow

ill pick up the pieces, she can rely on me

she'll have the better claim

ill show her the way

when you come back it wont be the same

you should have treated her better that last day

This makes me wish there was someone there to pick up my pieces.

If you need someone, I'm here always

I just noticed for some reason the rest of my original comment didn't post which was "<3 lovely write" and thank you!
